Mostly gifs, my Reactions to December.

Hi folks, if you feel at all like I do, (pictured above. ha-ha)
IT'S DECEMBER 9TH ALREADY.
How on earth did this happen? I must have blinked, (don't freak out Whovians, it's alllll right)
Well, let's see... where did I take a nap.

Waaait, I didn't.
Starts with an S ends with an L, is totally determined to make my life fly by.
Yar, School. . . somehow waking up around the same time everyday and doing to same things over and over makes life fly by!
Somebody find Gandalf, or a Timelord. I need CHANGE. *rattles pennies in pocket* LITERALLY.
Precisely, ^
Archibald, you are no Timelord. I'm sorry. XD

Where was I? Oh, yes, Oh look that was about a paragraph and a half ago.
It's Christmas! And 16 days till Christmas to be exact.

I don't wanna go christmas shopping yet though, I need to get alllllll de decorations out first.
BUT GOLLY, IT'S ALREADY THE NINTH?

*oversmileyfacedesk*

DISTRACTED AGAIN.

I just want a time lapse, or something, everything slowing down would be nice.
That way, maybe, I can finish reading The Goblet of Fire and all the other books before that older sister of mine spoils all the things.
Might I just say, I love the Harry Potter books so muchses, they're hilarious, one of the best modern series i've ever read.
baha.

Anyways, ramblepost!
I think what I was trying to say is....
Merry Christmas!

Au revoir! ♥
~Jess

And this, my dear friends is an apology.

It is most dreadful to play tricks on friends, especially when they emotionally affect oneself so.

Yeah, i know--i know, it's not even April Fool's Day.

*sighs*
Evie did not come over, not yet.
It was a trick, a lovely prank. *Dies* (those comments though, *shivers* we feel horrible.)
We probably won't be able to live that one down.

Buuuuut anyways, the part about a busy weekend was true, so if you have any angry comments... *clears throat*
Be sure to leave a message, i shall check back as soon as i get back.

Don't be tooooo mad, just look at this before you type:

Bye bye mes amies, Au revoir!~ (the very sad and sorry) Jess

Grateful Blogger tag!

  • Thank the person who nominated you, they will surely appreciate it! Also, leave a link back to the person who nominated you.

  • Write about ten things you are thankful for. Here is the tricky part though; you can't just say you are grateful for gum or video games or whatever "little" thing it is you want to discuss. Think deeply about what is really really important to you, such as family, or life in it of itself. Explain why you are thankful for those things.
  • Tag ten other bloggers; our goal is to tag everyone!! Comment on the blogs you nominate so that they will know that they were tagged!

  • Add the pic above to your sidebar or award page thanking the person (or people) who tagged you
(So maybe i'm altering the rules just a bit, but look at the time! *Looks at clock, covers eyes* NEVERMIND. haha, g'night!)
Thanks for the nomination Polka Dot Bee!
    1. My family, mum, dad, sisters, and my little brother. :)
    2. this Mannerbee Mansion.

In Which We Talk about ESFP's

Is this the same Jess we know? doing a long post about personality....deep stuff? Wut, no no no!

Yeah, yeah, yeah. You don't have to read it if you don't want to, and no waaaaaay is this going to be "deep stuff" I know I'm dreadfully boring.
I was just thinking about my Myer Briggs personality, as you may or may not know, I am an ESFP.
    Extraverted, Sensing, Feeling, Perceiving.
Basically, not a steady bone in my body...right? Lovable, sweet, quick to throw caution to the wind! "Let's jump off this building!!! It'll be fun!"
Living for the fun of the moment.

Yup. That's true, we never think, we never do anything but talk about our feelings, the next fun event...our new dog... we are so innocently shallow, so adorable...
    WRONG.

I've been on the Internet for a good two years, and i have yet to come across a post or even and series of pictures that an ESFP did about themselves. We are LACKING in the zone people! You can scroll through little memes about INFPs and INFJs...even INTJs, for hours. but ESFPs have very little out there.
    ESFP

    You're welcome.

I made a bit of a list of things that I do concerning personality. Remember that each person is different...not all are as selfish as I, or surrounded by as many introverts.

    1. I have trouble communicating without hurting people’s feelings.
This may be because I don't get out much, my fellow ESFP, Gabbi, has no trouble accidently hurting people's feelings, everyone loves her. She's an angel. ♥
    Clever, Witty, Direct, - popular.

However, I, Jess, tend to make people look at my queerly, like where the heck did that come from? Hmmm, I'm not particularly good at small-talk for an ESFP. I don't usually think about people's feelings until i get home...out of the eye of the public. Then if I'm worried about my actions...they haunt me terribly.
If the person I accidentally insulted doesn't talk to me again I get kinda hurt, especially after i try to apologise...Forgivable, given I'm a freak, i know, I'm sorry, i just tend to adopt people and expect them to ride along...I'm not particularly tailored. or careful...if someone laughs...i am going to continue.
I need forgiveness, i speak without thinking often. When i think about it though, i am horribly appalled at myself.

    2. I’m an attention hog…not on purpose. I try not to be.
As I said before, if someone laughs--I'M going to continue.
I love people, I love lots of people at once. I like everyone to be looking at me, especially if I am putting on a show. (not necessarily a stage production!) Sometimes I do extravagant things to be noticed... I am not as bad as they get. ESFP's if not held by a strong moral guide will often become horrible people, careless, harmful (even to themselves) people. We don't care what sort of attention it is, bad things, good things, as long as we have it. It's important to have a sound lecture every once in a while. (No mother...i seeee youuuu... ;) )

    3. Hanging around an INTJ makes me unbearable.
This one may not necessarily be true.
I've just found, from hanging around my older sister. (amazing person, getting better at being the best everyday.) I tend to disregard every-one's feelings. I'm the only one who matters. I become harmful, i start viewing people as a tool. People are not tools! They are persons, with lives, and cares, fears, and funnies! I need not forget that.
INTJ's are the other side. I share no letters with my older sister, yet often we're saying the same things, at the same time. I look up to her (ahem :) )
She's wise (not too wise, but much smarter than I), and can communicate beautifully with her writing. I feel like I'm scrawling all over everything when I try to communicate.

ESFP's may be open, able to speak what they are thinking more often, but they don't do it with words...

Yeah, much crying, strange noises, and horrible faces.
INTJ's don't often feel feelings, they go to their brain first, then think.... "should I be feeling an emotion?" and they travel from there. ESFP's are all emotion, without the tact of words to explain it.

    4. I enjoy seeing friends
but I always feel like, “If I don’t get to spend hours with them is it really worth getting together?” I always wanna go somewhere with my friends…but usually my friends have more friends than I have, so when I get home I’m in a sort of…melancholy state.
(Not really much to this one, noooormal)

    5. When I get home from a play—I’m as giddy as they come. Quick to squeal, quick to cry, be even more dramatic. Gah, too much awesome…I admit it drives me crazy. It drives my sisters crazy and weirds my friends out. I think it's a jealousy thing, we go to a two hour thing to watch other people...then I want some attention. that + the afterglow, too much.

    7. IN—anythings don’t listen to me very well.
They think I can’t think. (with the exception of a few)
I think of life and death, what to do with myself, how I can make the people around me happier...
    What is my purpose?
    Why am I still here?
Am I ever going to do something spectacular?
will I ever pass my rivals?
I just don't prefer to think. It makes me melancholy. not in a good way, if the word 'depressed' wasn't so extreme I'd use that. I start thinking dark thoughts, wondering why the heck am I who I am? Am I really important? God must not care much about me..I don't seem to have much purpose.

I mean, if I'm not actively involved in  project that I like, that I really care about, with people I really like, I am going to get sad and lonesome and then I start pondering. I hate it, if that's what IN--'s do all day I am so happy I am not one!

My younger sister is an INFJ, she amazes me. She needs people, but she likes to fix people, make them better, make them happier. In return for just a thank-you. (not really fix, ya know, help would be a better word. INTJ's fix.)

Lu lives in the land of her imagination, (Willy-wonka song got stuck in your head didn't it?) She thinks, but she puts it all into a puzzle. (I think, I cannot be sure, she's so quiet!)

I imagine, I think, but they don't fit together so well, more my feelings with mental images...they move together and create beautiful things...without hard fact intruding.

When I am not around people who I know are watching me I think like a functioning human being...it's almost like, if there are people around i am going to turn into this. "try to please people" machine. I usually just end up scaring them.
I can be myself in public, I just get hyper. really hyper.  So my brain slows down to a pace of sluggish slugginess. It makes it hard to think.

    8. I am selfish, terribly selfish, more selfish than I wish to be...
I cover it up well, unfortunately, it’s usually taken as helping people, but really…I want attention. I'm a gifted-(debatable)-musician. My grandma loves to hear me play. I love to play because i know i have her undivided attention and she's always ready with a positive comment. She loves almost anything musical that I do. I love her dearly, she replaces an entire crowd of people. Her opinion matters to me. I love making her happy. You know why?

    *gulps*
I think....it's because she brags on me.

    I love the attention.
    Yeah. it's downright pathetic.

    9. The constant nagging.
My mind reprimands me constantly for craving attention so much.
I am sorry it's this way, if I could change it I would. I try so hard, being introverted is just not possible.
I can be home for long lengths of time...but I need an activity to look forward to.
Living among mostly introverts has warped me from what one thinks of an ESFP.
But i am still what I am.
I wouldn't trade it for anything when I'm having fun, but when I'm home and everything is quiet...and booooring.
I wanna be an introvert and be content instead of wandering around restlessly in search of a party.

Anyways, there's a ramble for you.
To sum it up best i can.

    ~ESFP's want attention.
~ESFP's need lot's of encouragement if you're gonna keep them at home.
~Let them get involved in activities, I know road travel is horrible, but it will probably be great for everyone once the final project rolls around
    (Mum...i'm not hinting at anything, I promise ;] )

So, after four days of having this post in the Drafts folder, I am going to post it.
Tell me what you think, what's your MBTI personality? Is it similar? Are these feelings everyone experiences?
    Am I delusional?
    Haha,
Anyways, bye bye for now! A fun post coming soon...:D

    ~Jess

    Tuesday, November 4, 2014

So it's up early, whatever. Picture story!

The tree is up, it is early I must admit, but i'm happier when it's up. XD
Our dollies decided to take a little bit of decorating into their own little hands. :D

"Ooooooo Christmas treeee, Ooooo Christmas treeeee....you need to beeee decorateddd!"

"Should we help?" Asked Kit, the most cheerful of the trio.

"Great idea,"  said Kanani, smiling at the prospect, the Dunlaps were being strangely swift about decorating this year...and she liked it. "We don't know where the ornaments are, though," commented Emily.

"One cannot decorate a Christmas tree is one does not know where the ornaments are!"
Kit rolled her eyes. "Tut Milly. We'll find 'em!"

Emily laughed dryly at Kit's pun. "Okie Dokie then my little American crazies! Let's find the decorations!"

They found them eventually in the front closet; after digging under the piles of huge shoes and boxes.

"And this is where we really dig." Said Emily about to dive into the ornament box.

"Am i the only one who thinks these are only Jess's ornaments?" Asked Kanani.
"I think you might be right!" answered Kit with a bemused look on her face. "Do you know where the other bins are?"
    She asked Emily.
"No idea!" said Milly, starting the decorations off with a pretty snowy cardinal ornament.

"Hoooooweverrrr.... I'm sure you can find them if you'd like, otherwise we can just hang these."

Kit looked in the box and pulled out a Christmas card. "They've really grown up, haven't they?"
Kanani nodded in agreement. "Yeah, they used to be cute back then..." Kit laughed at Kanani's sarcasm. "They're still cute."

"Oooooo this is sparkly! " mused Kanani, hanging the peppermint reindeer on the tree.

"Oh dear" laughed Emily  as she pulled out a funny ornament from the box. "two mice in a shoe with a Christmas tree? Hah, what will they come up with next?"

She hung it on the tree and then spotted a sonic screwdriver perched precariously on two branches, rigged up as an ornament. "Neeevermind, mice in shoes are completely ordinary."

"Awwwww, Baby's first Christmas! that's so cute!"
"Oh do be careful." said Kit realising that this ornament was made of glass. "I'm not sure they'd like it much if we dropped it!"

Emily stared up at the top of the tree. "Am i the only one who feels like Clara from the Nutcracker?"
"How so?" asked Kit looking at the tree with a happy smile on her face.
"It seems to just get bigger and bigger, we're going to be here for a while."
"Haha, no kidding." said Kanani playfully. "We might bring the whole troupe down and turn on a movie or something."
both the other girls nodded in agreement, this was about to turn into a Tree Decorating Paaaarrtttty!

Haha, So we have the tree up early... XD Our neighbours and grandparents have already guessed we're crazy, just confirming it.

    Yep, they're all just like:

Anyway, gotta go get...something done. XD (pictures soon! it may or may not start with an R and end with an S and be two words, it's a sewing project. guess guess!)

    A Bientot!
